The par-72 layout spans 6,954 yards from the championship copper tees, 6,421 yards from the championship blue tee, 6,421 yards from the white tees, 5,871 yards from the yellow tees and 5,143 yards from the ladies' red tees.

Golf Course homes at Five Oaks range from $350,000 to $1 million-plus. Aesthetic detailing and special upgrades are evident throughout, including vaulted nine-foot ceilings, and gourmet kitchens.
