Kingston Springs Real Estate

Kingston Springs is located just 30-minutes west of downtown Nashville off Interstate 40 on Hwy. 249 / exit-188. The Town of Kingston Springs which comprises a total land area of some 10-square miles is located approximately 21 miles west of Nashville off Interstate-40 / exit-188, in southwest Cheatham County. The community borders the Town of Pegram on the east and the Harpeth River on the north. As of the census of 2000, there were 2,773 people residing in the town.

The Kingston Springs area is located in a very scenic area west of Nashville offering great vistas of the surrounding mountains, and the rolling country-side on the Harpeth River. The median home values in 2007 were $242,486. Kingston Springs offers several scenic neighborhoods to reside in like Harpeth Meadows and Wildlife Trails Estates. The town has a wonderful City Park that consists of 23 acres located next to the scenic Harpeth River and offers a wide variety of facilities as well as a touch of history. Home prices remain some of the lowest within the region, especially when compared to comparable properties in neighboring communities.
