Nashville -
Belle Meade – Just 15 minutes southwest of downtown. Very elite, prestigious, and scenic area, with spectacular neighborhoods to live - mansions and old money. Belle Meade is one of the most safest neighborhoods in Nashville. Warner Park, adjacent to Belle Meade provides a nature center, hiking trails, equestrian facilities, golf courses, and athletic fields. Home of Cambridge Downs, an upscale European designed Gated community.
Green Hills – Upscale, high-end living just 15 minutes southwest of downtown Nashville. Green Hills is home to the famous Bluebird Cafe, frequented by local Country Musicians and Songwriters. Green Hills is home of the upscale Green Hills Mall. Nearby Radnor Lake State Natural Area offers over 1,000 acres of pristine wooded land, a 90-acre lake where residents often enjoy canoe excursions, and miles of hiking trails perfect for tranquil nature walks.
Oak Hills – A wonderful little city tucked away in the wooded hills south of Nashville and is entirely residential, and allows no commercial zoning. However, its location only minutes from downtown Nashville makes the lack of commercial sectors refreshing and convenient. Oak Hills is only minutes away from Green Hills, Nashville’s most upscale shopping area, as well as is Cools Springs Galleria in the Brentwood area, is also a short drive away.
Forest Hills – Scenic upscale community with magnificent city views, just 15 minutes from downtown. Home to Country Music Executives and old money. Tree-lined streets, quiet and safe neighborhoods, and an upscale lifestyle make Forest Hills a popular real estate destination for native Tennesseans and newcomers alike. Located between Belle Meade and the Radnor Lake State Natural Area makes it a great place to live. The area of Forest Hills has upscale neighborhoods like Chickering Hills with European inspired Manors containing numerous amenities. Forrest Hills is also located just 5 minutes north of Maryland Farms in Brentwood.
Hillsboro Village - A stylishly prestigious and strategically placed development located on the West End and Vanderbilt area of Nashville. The trendy neighborhood sports historic houses, contemporary residences, condominiums, and loft apartments on streets adorned with beautiful trees and wide sidewalks. The Hillsboro Village area has excellent shopping options, delectable dining, fabulous coffee shops in the Belcourt Avenue area, and the internationally renowned Music Row district.
Bellevue - A suburb of Nashville, located roughly 15-minutes west of the downtown area via I-40. It is one of the more densely populated areas of Davidson County, Tennessee due to the high concentration of condominiums and town houses. Single family residential development in Bellevue has been somewhat slower than in others areas of the city due to the more moderately rolling topography of the area. Bellevue is home to Riverwalk on the Harpeth, one of the areas beautiful planned park neighborhoods.
South of Nashville -
Brentwood – 10 minutes south of Nashville – Executive, upscale and very good proximity to the downtown area. Home of The Governors Club…. the southeast’s most prestigious address. This Luxury Gated / Golf Course community is home to a number of top business executives, Country Music executives, and professional athletes. The Maryland Farms area in Brentwood is home to many top corporate offices of major US companies.
Franklin / Cool Springs – 20 minutes south of downtown. Gracious, upscale, beautiful scenery and the most unique town square shopping. Franklin is one of the most desirable areas to live in the Nashville area. Home of Westhaven.... an upscale 1,543 acre Gated / Golf community with a feel of small town living that also offers Luxury living. Cool Springs is home a number of upscale neighborhoods including the Avalon and Ashton Park, and of course Tennessee’s largest shopping Mecca - Cool Springs Galleria.
Leipers Fork – Beautiful rolling country-side with a lot of historic heritage, 40 minutes southwest from downtown. Home to a number of Country Music entertainers due to the great Equestrian communities. Leipers Fork is one of the most loveliest places in the area to live. Just 20 minutes from historic downtown Franklin and Cool Springs.
Murfreesboro – A little farther out – 40 minutes southeast of Nashville. Home of MTSU -Middle Tennessee State University. A fast growing town with communities / amenities to fit all walks of family life. Murfreesboro is a town with a lot of 1800’s Tennessee history. Home to one of middle Tennessee's newest shopping Mecca - The Avenue. Murfreesboro has many great communities to live in like Cambridge, Mirabella, and The Reserve.
Smyrna / La Vergne / Antioch – 30 minutes from downtown. Mid-range priced communities, bordering Percy Priest Lake. Smyrna is home to Nissan Motors. A very growing community.
North of Nashville -
Gallatin – 30 minutes northeast of downtown Nashville - Home of the gorgeous Golf Course / Lakefront estates of Fairvue Plantation community. Gallatin offers Country living at its best, with great proximity to Nashville, and shopping found at the RiverGate Mall. Borders Old Hickory lake and the Cumberland river with numerous marinas.
Hendersonville – A Great town on the north side of Old Hickory Lake. 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Home too many Country Music entertainers. Hendersonville is a fast growing, family friendly - lakeside living at its best. Home of Twelve Stones Golf Club.
Goodlettsville – On the Davidson/Sumner County line… 20 minutes north from downtown. Goodlettsville offers modest priced homes up to luxury estates. North Nashville’s largest shopping Mecca’s – The RiverGate Mall.
East of Nashville -
Lebanon / Mt. Juliet – These towns are only 15 to 20 minutes east of downtown – Fast growing with a rural feel. Several Lake and Golf communities. One of the Nashville areas newest living and shopping communities located in Mt Juliet is set upon 1,000-acres is Providence, including Providence Marketplace and Lake Providence. Mt Juliet and Lebanon is just 10-15 minutes east of the Nashville International Airport. Lebanon is home to the 506-acre Five Oaks Golf Club and Country Club.
Hermitage / Old Hickory – These communities are just 20 minutes east of downtown – Hermitage is the home of seventh President - Andrew Jackson. Modest priced homes and several upscale lakeside communities on Old Hickory Lake are offered in Old Hickory and the Hermitage communities.
West of Nashville -
Bellevue - A Great family community near Belle Meade with southern country charm. One of the Nashville area’s premier planned park communities.... offering greenway trails, tree lined streets and spectacular views of the country-side is Riverwalk on the Harpeth. Bellevue is an easy 20 minute drive west from downtown, and only minutes away from Green Hills mall and the Vanderbilt area.
