Opry Mills is adjacent to the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.
The Nashville suburbs on the southwest side in the communities of Green Hills, Belle Meade, Hillsboro Village, and Forest Hills provides numerous choices of upscale homes for the luxury, golf enthusiast, and equestrian buyers. South of Nashville offers a number of communities like Brentwood home of the prestigious Governors Club, Franklin one of the most desired areas to live in by many with traditional neighborhoods like Westhaven, Cool Springs home to the areas largest shopping mall, and Leipers Fork a timeless equestrian community. A little further south you will find the towns of Murfreesboro home of MTSU, Spring Hill, Smyrna, and Thompsons Station.
Old Hickory Lake north of downtown is home to many spectacular lakefront neighborhoods including Fairvue Plantation nestled between Hendersonville and Gallatin, Nashville's only golf course community that offers lake homes. East side of the city you have great towns like Mt. Juliet, Lebanon, Old Hickory, and the Hermitage which provides a smaller urban lifestyle on the south shores of Old Hickory Lake. Bellevue, Fairview, and Dickson west of Nashville offer scenic equestrian, planned park, and greenway neighborhoods.
