Assist in final Walk-Thru prior to closing.
Coordinates closing schedule and activities with all parties.
Attend the closing. Also serve as liaison if out of state or absentee closing is required.
Post Closing –
Ensure that client’s needs are met regarding area information or services. This process is as important to me as the transaction process to ensure client’s expectations are exceeded.
Community Information requested by you and your family, including everything from dry cleaning to great places to dine out.
